I wanted to use the best flavours (my favourites) and keep it simple to build a classic Banana custard.
(ssa) "banana real ripe" - like fresh natural, mashed bananas; perfect for custard and ice creams.
(Fa) "Custard premium" the king of custards, the base flavour that the other ingredients are built apon.
(jf) "Bavarian cream" - the premium of the Bavarian creams, a sweet runny custard with light vanilla and egg notes, (has a good texture and mouth feel).
(vta) "French vanilla ice cream" - some ice creams are made by making a creamy custard first and then freezing, that's what this is. It has a good egg note that works really well with custards.
(Cap) "Smooth custard" - similar to there v1 but with a smoother creamier flavour; less eggy but still has a good thickness (more delicate and not as in your face) it allows more room to taste the other ingredients.
2 weeks minimum steep for it to develop properly.
Added 0.5% (pur} "super sweet"..
Blessings.
