A clean, lighter pear against a whiskey backbone, with a dry walnut accent and a thin layer of smooth cream to round the edges.
Although pleasant and satisfyingly dense it is somewhat at this early stage (day 3) underwhelming.
The whiskey and pear are particularly soft and are either not high enough % or require backing with supporting flavours.
I deliberately kept this one simple and have miscalculated the performance.
Will let it complete its steeping process but suspect further tweaking is required. Not a failure, just a disappointment.
