3. sweetener A mixture of TFA, CAP and x added with Cotton Candy
So this time I failed because it was too sweet with this recipe, most likely I will fix it or update it with V2.
The character of Butterscotch that I know should be just the right amount of sweetness, not too high sweetness and not too low sweetness.
Maybe I would recommend using Cappella super sweet at 1.30%, it is not recommended to use full TFA, if you want to, mix it between CAP 70% TFA 20% and Cotton Candy 10%.
Because I use 3% brown sugar, 3% sweet cream and 1% caramel, it is already sweet.
