Gurke = cucumber, spelled Goor-keh
Melone = melon, spelled Mehl-oh-neh
So it‘s Goor-keh Mehl-oh-ne

I really like the African Horned cucumber, as it‘s more a melon flavor than a cucumber, but i paired it with some tiny amount of watermelon and wild melon.
I boosted the cucumber aspect with CAP cucumber and threw in some greek yogurt.
It‘s a nice but slightly floral recipe and needs the ethyl maltol to counter that a bit
