This recipe is based on a recipe card from Molinberry (when they still existed), but with some slight adjustments. The blackberry is still quite noticeable, but it's way more palatable now after reducing from 1% to 0.6%. The Dark Blackberry is very perfumey and not a good single flavour in my opinion. Sweetness level is ok in the original recipe, but it is better with a bit more sweetness, the original recipe is without sweetener.
