Have a rough idea how I want this to taste so are excited to see what the out come is.
Alas this proved to be disappointing. Faded, lack lustre and perhaps over complicated.
This probably needs to be stripped right back and started again from scratch with just jackfruit and move from there.
The peppermint note is about the only favorable thing here but also might be the cause of muting the whole mix.
It is not unvapable, just not where I had envisaged it to be.
what a bummer!!!
