This must have been a late night creation forgotten about by the next morning. Rediscovered a week before the show so will be liitle time marinating.
Day 6
This is probably the best of this episodes creations. Again there seems to be some fading occuring. Initially the buttercream was divine and the jackfruit prominant and was definately a cupcake.
I suspect an over complicated recipe with to many unnecessary additions or non complimentary additions. It would need some reworking Perhaps I should have used white cake......lose the cinnamon, honeycomb and lime and might have something worthy.
I don't even like jackfruit what the hell am I doing!!
